Great park with boat slips

We have stayed here twice, and will continue to do so. The manager is very nice and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. It is a small city owned campground, that is mostly seasonal sites but has several waterfront sites available shorter term. It has allways been a campground, but rigs are much bigger nowadays. That makes for small lots, but the location and the manager more than make up for that. Because of the small lots fires are only allowed in the community fire pit. The grounds are neat as a pin, the facilities are newer and super clean, sites are full hookup. Walking distance to convenience stores coffee shops and restaurants, walking/biking trail runs through the grounds that goes to Grand Haven and beyond. It's quiet and peaceful here.
