Cheap place to live. Expect cheap things like flooring, cabinets, refrigerator & brackets. Brackets fall constantly because they don't install it correctly along with other things only lived here for about 2 1/2 months & we already have major issues. After hours don't pick up right away they give you an excuse on why they didn't pick up right away. Reason being I have 2 children that are under 2 yrs our furnace went out & the after hours didn't pick up. I called more than x20 along with my husband left a voicemail on the after hours phone. Then we called the office left another voicemail & emailed them. Just letting y'all know they don't do things right!

Decent park. Not the best but not the worst. Office staff is decent and I've never had issues. Quiet park with mostly decent tentants. Most tentants are friendly and keep to themselves. Pretty safe place to live.
I love living here. Very quiet neighborhood. The ladies at the front desk are very nice.
Slum park... they sell you junk that has been condemned.. and are very disrespectful to there tenants..
