TERRIBLE. We contacted this service to provide wedding transportation for our guests. A plan was reached and scheduled. Even confirmed the morning of. We expected to have 4 trips, 2 to the venue and 2 back to the hotel. As far as we are aware, NONE of them happened. Fortunately, we had some great guests that were gracious enough to take on the task on their own to insure that everyone got where they needed to be. 1 star is actually far too high of a rating. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE.
