This place is also a very good place to go if you are hurt, need personal training, or need team training. There are many high level physical therapists here, especially Chris Burdis, Mike Braid, and Damon Bosscher.
There is very effective and high-quality physical therapy at this location. There are also fitness classes were you can get one on one time with a trainer. I've done one of these and they're are extremely invigorating.
