So pleased to reach a resolution with Plantenga's dry cleaning. They were able to correct my curtain issues and worked beautifully with us to make things right. Just goes to show that working with local businesses in Spring Lake is the best way to go.
First time trying Plantenga's and I am never going back. I brought in my expensive dress coat 1 week before I was to be going out of town for Thanksgiving because I wanted to wear it for the holidays and upon picking it up, first off, they had not sewn the buttons on tightly like I asked them to and just said "well it wasn't on the order" likes it was my fault?? I DID ask them to do it. Then as I was about to leave I noticed the belt that goes to the coat was missing. It's been over 1 week now and they can not find my belt anywhere! I can't believe that they charged me for the dry cleaning and lost a crucial piece to my coat. So, they offered to have the seamstress make one for me...ummmm not the same. And they told me that they couldn't give me my money back for the dry cleaning!! I should have just refused to pay for it. So now I am patiently waiting for them to call me (yet 1 more week) for my "replacement" belt. Not a happy camper.
My husband and I used Plantega's to get some clothes cleaned for an upcoming interview. Unfortunately one of the shirts we wanted cleaned was not ready on time. I was contacted by management and they did what they could to rectify the situation. I was pleasantly surprised by their customer service and will not let this one mistake impact my future business with this company.

The alterations were well done and very speedy. Saved me in a tight spot when i lost so many inches from losing weight that my bridesmaid dress was falling off me only a week before the wedding! They got it done and did so with great customer service even after I rushed them. They treated me with such grace. AND they sent me a coupon in the mail afterwards
