Very disappointed in how this company handled a problem with a worker, they would rather have you quit the company than come out and problem shoot. We had an incident where a worker ran over our property and the worker denies it and the company stand behind the employee, you think they would come out check out what we said had happen and paying for the damages and keeping us happy but home healthcare is a dime a dozen and they don't care about the client just the money. It will be a great separation that we wont have to deal with these people, by the way the person I spoke with was scared to call me back and dealt with my sister, That isn't how you do business and they will learn when their clientele falls. If i didnt have to give it a one star to write this review they would have received zero stars. I would check elsewhere before going with this company if you love and care about the person requiring services.
