They have generally everything you need for groceries, a few things auto and hardware related, and a beer and wine selection. They also have a small, but decent flower selection. The customer service is sometimes slow, and the prices always seem to be just a little bit higher than everywhere.
I love orchard never had an issue shopping or finding what I need. Customer service is always good nice and friendly.

The store is always friendly and open to ordering items that they don't have in store for regular customers. The best part is that they are one of the few grocery stores around that still have people bring out your bags to your car for you, no tip needed.
