Too many patients to even bother to return phone calls. Seems to be a hassle to address anything. You have to leave a message for a call back because the phones are rarely answered.
They were nice but some of those nurses weren't who they seemed. I heard my friend talking about one of the nurses threatened to draw blood everyday unlesd she started eating a cooperating
The staff is friendly but slower than slow they never seem to have their appointments on time! My friend the other day went and saw Derek a friendly man, but he kept my friend waiting almost 40 minutes!!! My friend had another appointment right after that one and had to cancel it because Derek was so slow and way behind on seeing his patents! My friend and I clearly think that Pine Rest needs to manage their time better and not see patients if they're so late because then it makes everyone else's appointments start way too late!
I have always received a high level of care from Pine Rest and Dr. Kopanol. She listens well, asks me questions, explains things to me, and is happy to answer any questions I have. It is clean and the staff is nice. The phones are often busy, but If I leave a message they always respond the next business day at the latest.
