While most of the employees are friendly, it seems that they can come up with policies on the fly of why they can NOT help their customers. Today all of a sudden a driver’s license was needed to make a deposit on a business account. Not a withdrawal, but a DEPOSIT.
Some of the officers are very nice but others are not. You really don't know what your experience will be like.
At least today she didn’t try to say it was a law. Last time it was a “law” with her, then corrected by the manager to a bank policy.
